Privacy policy

Cover to Cover is the book cover design studio of Natalia Motkina. This page explains what information I collect through covertocoverbook.com, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

When you send a brief through the order form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, book title, the author name for the cover, genre, your description of the book, any links or ideas you add, and any files you upload.

I don't ask for payment details on this website. Invoices and payments are handled separately by email once we've agreed on a project.

How I use it

I use your brief only to reply to you, quote for and design your project, and keep a record of our work together. I don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Briefs and uploaded files are stored on this website's server, hosted by Hostinger. A copy of each brief is also sent to my email inbox so I can reply to you.

How long I keep it

I keep briefs and project files for as long as they're useful for our work together and for my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time, unless I have to keep something for legal or tax reasons.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, such as one that protects the order form from misuse.

I advertise on search engines such as Google and Microsoft Bing. The website loads their measurement tags, which may set cookies to tell me whether an ad led to a brief. This helps me see which ads are worth running. It doesn't tell me who you are.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll take care of it.
